Tooling Molds and Dies
・Die-Casting Molds:Our profession is producing high-quality, high-precision die-casting molds for aluminum, magnesium, and zinc. All molds are using the latest flow analysis technology to minimize the occurrence of cavities and special designs for each material using. With pre-machining accuracy, detailed design is possible up to 100µ with aluminum die-casting products, and 10µ with zinc die-casting products.[Equipment list]
・Press Dies:Manufacture dies for shearing, bending, drawing, and laminating. By performing CAE analysis with numerical analysis software, setting parameters for each products, and designing a mold optimized for modeling technology while simulating, advanced bending and thickness can be finely adjusted and designed.[Equipment list]
・Progressive Press Dies/ Transfer Press Dies: A large three-dimensional measuring instrument that can measure up to 3m by assembling a die manufactured with a wire electric discharge machine with an accuracy of 3 microns with high accuracy. We set our own standard values for accuracy inspection after assembly. By assembling with higher precision than general required precision, it is possible to support high precision product design in the manufacture pof laminated parts such as stators and motor cores.
・All dies are stress-relieved by heat treatment and shipping after traial press inspection is passed

Die Casting Technologies
・Aluminum / zinc material casting technology from molds designed by the latest flow analysis technology enables aluminum die casting 100µ (0.1mm) and zinc die casting 10µ (0.01mm) with accuracy before CNC milling.
・After surface treatment and machining, high-precision products enable parallelism of ±2.5~3µ.

Press Technologies
・In shearing, bending, and deep drawing technology, CAE analysis is performed with numerical analysis software, parameters are set for each products, and the products produced from the manufactured molds can be shaped by adjusting the thickness in detail.[Equipment list]
・In the laminated technology, progressive die design / manufacturing and die assembly are assembled with an accuracy higher than the general industrial standard value, and the die after assembly is inspected on the large three-dimensional-coordinater. By guaranteeing higher quality in terms of position and concentricity, we are able to manufacture highly accurate and well-balanced lamination motor cores, rotational buildup otor core, and stators.[Equipment list]
Surface Treatment Technologies
・In anodizing process, parallelism of ±2.5~3µ is possible even in surface treatment after machining by predicting surface changes and finishing suing our original algorithm.
・For powder coating and wet coating, the film thickness is made more uniform and the surface is treated by a method that suppresses the occurrence of coating spots, and the film thickness is measured with a film thickness measuring equipment, a high-precision scanner, and a coordinate measuring machine. This inspection process enable to compare with CAD data by color mapping.[Equipment list]
Quality Inspection / Accuracy Inspection
・We inspect the accuracy of the toolings and compare it with the design drawing.
・After assembling the mold, we inspect it with a three-dimensional measuring instrument to guarantee the operation and accuracy.
・We inspect products and perform quality control with the aim of mass production with higher quality
