・We manufacture toolings for die-casting molds, press dies, transfer dies, and progressive press dies all in house.
・For die-casting toolings, we produce molds for not only aluminum alloys, zinc alloys, but also capable of producing molds for magnesium alloys. We manufacture higher performance molds by using flow analysis according to the characteristics of each material.
・We also support other companies manufactured molds and dies. We can offer repairs, modifications, surface increases, and so on.
・The shortest lead time from tooling design to completion is around 40days, which enables quick responce in any case.
・All toolings are shipped with guarantees according to the specifications of the molds and dies.
・Our various business partners are in automobile industry to home appliance manufactures.
Die Casting Products
・Aluminum alloy and zinc alloy products can be mass-produced 24 hours a day with 25 die-casting machines (150-1300 tons)
・The materials used are wide ranging from licensed supplieres in the London market to aluminum alloys (ADC1 to 14) and zinc alloys (ZDC2 to 8), and we can also handle parts for special applications.
・High-precision cutting finish allows for tolerances of ± 3µ to 5µ
・For surface treatment, we are capable of anodizing, powder coating, wet coating. All of surface treatment are enable to control thickness and color mapping inspection. We can issue certificate for thickness.
・We can handle everything from die-casting to CNC milling finish, surface treatment, assembling, and shipping after packing in the same factory.
Press Products (Pre-production / Mass Production)
We specialize in extremely high precision requirements products, such as progressive press and deep drawing press. With high precision technology, we respond to wide range of customer needs. For precision progressive press, we can manufacture lamination motor cores and stator cores for vehicle apparatus including EV driven motor. Our factory is capable of producing motor core big as 290mm and small as 9.33mm diameter and rotational buildup core. In deep drawing press, it is possble to make one step draw in R6 bending curve for example. This technology enable to reduce mass production cost as Value Engineering and Value Analysis.

Inspection Equipments
Our group of companies are holing six of 3D CMM, and biggest 3D CMM can handle progressive tooling dies with a length of 3M. Biggest 3M tooling dies are well mesured when accemble the dies together, and produce 290mm diamenter motor core in very high precision. If the required accuracy is very high, full-scale comparison inspection with the design drawing is performed after accembling dies together.
